Do I have to learn how to sell lighting?

No. We hand you a one-page sales sheet, a demo video, and an app walkthrough. If a homeowner has a technical question, you loop us in same-day. The pitch is: "I work with a permanent lighting company — want to see what it'd look like on your house?" That's it.

Will this compete with what I already sell?

Almost never. Permanent LED is a category most contractors don't offer — landscapers do solar path lights, pool builders don't do cage lighting at all, GCs don't spec custom exterior LED. We're the layer on top, not a replacement for your core service.

What about warranty calls and service issues?

Route them to us. We warranty the product and the install. You don't take service calls, you don't carry parts, you don't troubleshoot the app. That's our job.

Is there a territory or exclusivity agreement?

No exclusivity lock-ins. We work with multiple partners across greater Orlando. If you want a defined sub-territory for marketing purposes, we can talk about it after you've closed a few jobs together.

How long does an install take?

Most residential jobs are 1–2 days. We coordinate around your schedule if we're installing alongside your work (pool cage build, landscape install, new construction). Clean job site at the end of every day — non-negotiable on our end.
